N’Djaména : le 4ᵉ arrondissement se dote d’un budget de près de 2 milliards FCFA pour 2026
La commune du 4ᵉ arrondissement de N’Djaména disposera, pour l’exercice budgétaire 2026, d’un budget primitif évalué à près de deux milliards de francs CFA. Ce budget a été adopté ce mardi 30 décembre 2025 par les conseillers communaux lors de la session budgétaire consacrée à son examen.
D’après les responsables communaux, ce cadre budgétaire a été élaboré dans une logique de réalisme afin de tenir compte des capacités financières réelles de la collectivité. Le maire de la commune, M. Adam Moussa Adam, a précisé que plusieurs ajustements ont été opérés au cours de l’élaboration du document.
« Vingt-six lignes budgétaires ont été revues à la baisse afin d’aboutir à un budget cohérent et applicable », a-t-il déclaré, soulignant que la commune a fait le choix de la prudence en privilégiant un budget sobre mais exécutable.
Les grandes orientations de ce budget portent notamment sur l’amélioration du fonctionnement de l’administration communale, le renforcement des actions d’assainissement à travers le recrutement de femmes balayeuses, la sécurisation des recettes par un recensement plus fiable des contribuables, ainsi que l’évaluation du Plan de Développement Communal (PDC) pour mieux répondre aux attentes des populations.
Le maire a appelé les membres de la commission budgétaire à examiner le projet avec attention et responsabilité, dans l’objectif de garantir une gestion efficace au service des citoyens du 4ᵉ arrondissement.
